Meditation is scientifically shown to improve medical symptoms, mood and well-being and may help relieve anxiety, depression, pain and insomnia.  

Meditation and Relaxation group provides relaxation techniques including mindfulness meditation and guided meditation. Benefits include slowing the mind and body, reducing stress, reducing chronic pain, improved sleep, lower blood pressure and improved mental health.  Everyone is welcome to join this group and learn stress reducing methods that help us live our best lives.
